Aruna has been such a blessing! After just one lymphatic drainage session, I could already see and feel a difference. Not only is she a highly skilled and experienced medical massage therapist, but she’s also an incredibly intuitive and passionate mindset coach. My teen boys been attending the teen yoga classes at Enlighten Embody Empower Yourself LLC and it's been such an incredible experience. Aruna Ramamurthy is phenomenal—so patient and encouraging.
