Sophia used to be my dentist and although I think she’s very talented and knowledgeable, she needs to work on her communication. Often she would start doing something without explaining what, why, how much it would cost and how long it would take. I gave up on ever coming back after the practice wouldn’t respond to my phone calls nor email
Not responsive to phone nor email. Phone line always busy. They need a better system
Sophia is an excellent dentist. There have been a few issues with my teeth, including crowns and even a tooth replacement, and Sophia sorted it all in her confident, competent and personable way. I am so glad I found her and my family is now in her care.
