Christina is amazing as a practitioner and healer. She treats the body and emotions as one and it truly shows in the results. I released some trauma during a massage that had been causing hip pain for decades. I look forward to booking again!
I had my first session with reiki I felt 10x better lighter and free.
As a Thought leader, community organizer, business owner and CEO I have leaned heavily on Christina. She is a God send and an amazing coach. She blends more alternative approaches with the more standard leadership and coaching modalities allowing me to explore a variety of areas on my career! Don't hesitate to reach out!
Christina is an expertly skilled body worker and coach, and I am so grateful for the life changing work she has done for me. Our sessions have taught me to tune in to my body and energy in a new way that helps me to continue the healing even after the session has ended. Her insights into my physical and mental health have been life changing. I feel so grateful!
Christina offers a space where not only physical pain was released but also emotional Creating a safe space to share feelings, thoughts, and visions experienced. She used essential oils to melt away the negative and birth the positive. It’s one of the most therapeutic massages I’ve ever had. ♀️ thank you Christina
