They are horrible at answering the phone ! They told me to call back at 1:50pm and I have been calling and no answer I ended up going to the place and it says open and the door is locked left a voicemail but nothing

NEVER buy you plan tickets with them! I bought 6 plan tickets and covid hits and the ladie that works there told us to call A certain date so I did and she told me sorry but you lost your plan tickets I answered how can I get a refund because you got messed up with the dates and she said no. She never returned the money or anything.
