I’ve been a long-term customer, but my experience today was extremely disappointing. I came in for a pedicure and a full set of gel nails for my hands. I repeatedly mentioned that I don’t like thick nails because they look artificial and heavy, and that the shapes of my nails were inconsistent. Despite my feedback, my concerns were not addressed. I normally don’t leave bad reviews but I had the worst experience. I went for an acrylic full set and had a design in mind. Tammy started my nails off horribly by cutting them shorter than I agreed with and applying the acrylic lumpy and never filing to smooth it. After I mentioned a couple times my concerns she continued by using the drill to the point where it hurt and was burning. Very friendly and very affordable great service
I'd gotten a couple gel pedicures here and had a good experience, after the one I got yesterday I won't be coming back again. I don't get pedicures often, so I tend to go with one of the pricier options for more pampering. I asked for the $85 one and it had listed an "extended lotion massage" as well as hot stone treatment. I started with one guy and quickly was passed over to a young woman. She was fabulous, and I have no complaints about her.
