Enki built us a nice pool but the experience wasn't always great. The quotes provided by the electrician and gas plumber recommended by Scott were very high. We used our own and saved $9,000. The tilers, which we were told were "the best" had never worked with Enki before and made several mistakes. In Dec 24 some tiles came loose from our spillover. Beware of dealing with Enki Pools. I've been meaning to leave this review for quite some time. Better late than never. Hope it saves someone from the same grief I had to endure. I had been dealing with Enki pools ( Matt Hesse ) for some time. Below average customer service, constantly had to follow up with repeated emails to get answers to questions. Delighted with Scott and the team at Enki, who developed and constructed a technically challenging pool design, which looks brilliant and complements the landscaping perfectly. The team who worked on the pool were courteous and professional, and easy to get on with. Scott was always available to talk through any questions or issues, and was very helpful in immediately assisting with some minor rectification works at completion of the project. No hesitation in highly recommending.
