I would have given 5 stars because I love this popcorn. I first was introduced to it through a fundraiser, then I started ordering it on grubbub. When I found out the location wasn't far from me I decided to go in a pick up a few bag. The customer service is what turned me off. The popcorn itself is delicious, but going to the location to buy in person, no one greeted us.
