July 2023 Came with my family to MAUI for a vacation! I am a cycle instructor this place is great, clean , not to expensive! The owner made us feel right at home! The video screen was great also! I would definitely recommend this for you cycle people out there!

My husband and I go regularly and love enjoy the ride so much. It’s the best atmosphere. professional yet fun and safe. They play awesome music and have modifications or advanced ways to do the workouts for any beginner or advanced rider and time goes by so quickly in class!! Recommend this workout studio to anyone!!! (And the owner Philip is so humble and kind! All he cares about are others.)

Very much enjoyed my ride with Phillip this morning. Great little converted space! Clean and friendly. LOVED the giant screen and watching the ride on the big island. Great distraction from the workout, totally helped the time pass. Should have opted for slightly heavier weights for the arms portion. Sort of hidden, but found easily. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely love this place! Always feel at home and welcome. Great atmosphere and awesome music. Really motivates me to get a great workout and you feel great after. Every single instructor has been fabulous and Jeannette will make you feel energized and ready to work out.
