Joy is unprofessional, unresponsive, and rude. Called, texted, and reached out in regards to a concern with my voucher (needed clarification from her, not a link). Woman could have cared less. Doesn’t even respond. Take your business elsewhere!!
Cleary, I am not the only one who has had a terrible experience with this Joy lady. I’m glad I didn’t do business with her. I asked to reschedule and she berated me and now says she won’t give me a massage or service as a client. Says I was an no show when I specifically asked her a few days before my massage if I could reschedule and she made it the biggest issue ever. This person claims she knows me or I've met her before and I just moved to this Worcester area from Boston originally.
