Don't bother with this lazy lady! I both a groupon voucher for 2 massages at a time, understood that, but I want a second hour of massage and she refuses to get paid full price to provide the service! This is a scam!
No it's not a fake review, I had a 10a appointment with you 'Joy' yesterday Feb. 1. First you answered the door to us and did not introduce yourself or even say hello...need I continue? Wet sheet, overuse of oil, I had to ask your name, you did not share ahead of time that I needed to undress, not relaxing, the room was cold... You may want to start responding to negative feedback in a more professional way. I found the whole experience unprofessional. I should have read the reviews where people used Groupon- Joy asked if I had the Groupon voucher before I even had a chance to say hi. I think she doesn't like using it or when other people use it as she was very curt. She did not ask me where on my body I'd like to focus on. The room was cold, she did turn on the heated table for me but the building itself is older. When actually giving me the massage it felt unbalanced- she massaged the right side more than the left?
