This place is awesome, I’m literally never going to go anywhere else as long as I live in Reno. Jacqueline is amazing and gave me the best look, I just showed her a couple pictures of what I was looking for and she just made it happen, making sure I was happy with it along the way the entire time, and even when I didn’t know what was best I just trusted her with it and it came out exactly how I hoped and looks absolutely amazing thanks to her!
I had lauren and she was absolutely perfect!! My hair came out BETTER than the photo she was super sweet and I had zero issues, it was perfect! After a bad cut years ago I was terrified but she immediately made the stress and worry go away and I will 100% be coming back!
Best experience and vibe for a haircut. I don’t get my hair cut often but this is my favorite spot to go. They’ve taken care of my long hair, and helped me find a perfect cut to go back to short hair. It’s a place that looks out for your hair health as well, I always feel transformed when I come in and get a trim or different style.
I had Sonja as my stylist. I came in just for a simple trim, like two inches. The layers and the cut looked pretty good which was surprising because I don’t think she looked at me at all the whole time. Everytime I spoke she cut me off. She was chatting with her coworker the whole time. Which is fine. Except when I’m telling you what I want and don’t want. I absolutely love this place! All the of the stylists are extremely talented and friendly. I got a cut recently and my stylist Lauren did a fantastic job. She really took the time to have a conversation and understand what my vision for my hair was. She also showed me products and techniques for styling my curly hair. I’m seriously obsessed with how it came out. I will definitely come here for all future cuts and highly recommend it!
