Joined about a year and a half ago and just wish I’d joined sooner! I have thoroughly enjoyed training with an amazing bunch of women, who have made me feel so welcome and are incredibly supportive. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Fantastic and welcoming place to train. The instructors and everyone that goes are so friendly. I joined as I have injured my knee and they have adapted the exercises to accommodate and have seen such an improvement in 6 months
