Great Service and Professionalism – I had visited Enid's in 2007 when I had started chemo for breast cancer. I was told about this estiblishment being very good with cancer patients as Enid herself was one. I met with my friend who is a hair cutter there so that we could pick out a wig. I didn't realized that I would get such good care by the staff there, as well as Enid herself cutting the wig to compliment my face. I was very pleased with the wig I bought. Nice service but overpriced – The service was good. Enid herself styled my wig. The only problem was the wig was way overpriced. I should have done my research. A synthetic wig for over 250$. Found the same wig online for much much less.

Kayla's Wig Purchase Today 7/25/09 – Hi Amy, You are NOT going to believe this, but we left Kayla's wig that we bought today at the store along with the Black eye brow shadow. Her parade is tomorrow........is there ANY possible way we can arrange to get it before tomorrow? We have to leave south orange county by 8:45 AM. Can you help? A Polite Rebuttal, And Reassurance – Hi! My name is Amy, and I work at Enid's. If you visit us, you will most likely meet me (I'm the redhead :) ) I helped the young lady "Very Unknown" who wrote the previous review, and I am sorry that she wasn't satisfied with her purchase, but I would like to clarify the nature of the sale. Be careful – THE MANAGER HERE, ENID, IS HORRIBLE AND CRANKY. I recently purchased a wig here, they gave me a slight different color then what I ordered, and told me it would be identical looking. I get it home and it looks absolutely horrible. I hated the color, It made me look weird and washed out. I took it back and the manager was getting all in my face saying how I could not return it. So I left the wig on the counter with her and left with a $220 hole in my pocket.... BE CAREFUL!!!!

Best Care!!!!! – I was recommended by my doctor to come here as I am undergoing chemotherapy for breast cancer and will be losing my hair. I was so pleased by the service I got there! There were a bunch of different styles with lots of modern ones and the workers were all really knowledgeable and friendly. Enid herself is a wonderful lady who has been through it all herself and she sat down with me personally to help me style the wigs I chose. great service! – They really spend time with you and they have a very good selection. I really loved their customer service, couldn't believe how friendly they are. I've found it best to call to let them know I'm coming in to try on wigs so that the wait is not too long. The owner has been in the wig business for many years, she is a wonderful woman. I will always give them my business!

A great place – This place is fantastic. They have a hugh selection and the girls that work there are very helpful and knowledgeable. I went there with my wife and we were very happy with what we found. We have since bought several wigs there all of which were cut to fit. We highly recommend it.
