First to using the clinic. Was very happy with the service
Nurse staff is awesome. Mental health is awesome. The VA Doctors for the Enid clinic just are not good. Not very competent or knowledgeable. Or they a scared to properly diagnose something that’s so obvious. (carpel tunnel) Mental health Medical
I've been three times in the last year and there's always no doctor and a different nurse practitioner. Nice enough people but there's no patient doctor relationship with a revolving door.
Horrible Quality of Care.. Not prepared with records for long awaited appointments or not knowing tests were already performed. Communication to the VA is unacceptable and they are not checking records before sending in referrals to OKC that patients have already been referred in the past for the same procedures. You never see the same person Community Care is worse then animal control. Meanwhile everyone's time is wasted from people just simply not doing thier job and following thru or even pulling up records of the patient... read more
