Recommended5 Stars! The absolute best professional medical clinic we have ever been to. We had a serious situation going on & Dr. Worthen and his staff were on it! From the time we made the first appointment over the phone to several visits and procedures later, I knew we had chosen the best Urology Specialists we could find. All of the billing has been filed perfectly with our insurance also. A+++++
Dr.colvert was decent in almost every way. With that said... The experience was absolutely terrible. The staff is the worst I have ever experienced in 30 years. Knew nothing about my surgery until the day before. No times, places, nothing. Getting a call back is like pulling teeth. And overall I felt as if I burdened them.
I would give them 0 stars if possible. Very sadistic in their practices. Had a scope done nothing for pain prior to procedure. Only thing that was done was lube and a talk about relaxing.
Everyone was super and very nice to my 7 year old daughter as their patient. Very patient and caring.
Horrible!!! I was billed $317 for a diagnosis I didn't ask for.I cannot believe these doctors can get away with this
