Dr Kuo really cares for her patients. She takes her time, is a great listener and will work with you to find the RIGHT treatment plan. She has excellent bedside manner, and has worked with me to enhance my health and my quality of life. I only wish I had found her earlier.

I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Kuo. She takes the time to listen, explain what she is doing and why, and ensures all your questions have been answered. She came into the room having already read through my history and messages so I didn’t have to repeat or explain what was going on. She is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. I was feeling so discouraged before seeing her because I had seen another physician a couple weeks prior who was incredibly dismissive and rushed through my visit. I would give 0 stars if I could. She did not listen to me, was dismissive of my concerns, had a condescending tone and when I told her I no longer wanted her as my doctor she got defensive. Once I started crying, she became down right rude and told me I was being condescending. Only once have I had such a traumatizing doctors experience and that was also with Kaiser OBGYN. AVOID THIS WOMAN and the whole department AT ALL COSTS.
