After managing lower back pain for quite sometime, I was really doubtful about whether it could improve with exercise. Joshua guided me through some great exercises and helped strengthen the muscles in my back and legs. I am now doing more of the things I love with my family almost fully pain free. Everyone at the clinic was lovely and accomodating also!
