In January 2018, Enhanced Homes installed a metal roof at my property in Washington, DC with a 10-year workmanship warranty. In February 2026, we experienced a roof leak with interior intrusion and began contacting the company for warranty service. Over a period of seven days, we sent multiple emails, placed six phone calls, and left three voice messages without receiving a response. Enhanced-Homes recently built our new home in Arlington, and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish.
