Love this gym! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Classes are great for any level of fitness/experience.
I came across an ad for EHF on my social media about a year ago or so ago. It spoke to me as a woman over 30, knowing that the current group fitness workouts I had been participating in for over a decade were no longer serving me. I’ve been to a lot of different gyms and fitness classes over the years, and Enhanced Fitness is by far the best. From day one, you get a personalized workout program that’s designed specifically around your goals. Roger and his team are knowledgeable and genuinely care about your success. They don’t just help with training, they also provide nutrition all guidance and in house supplements. I’ve been going here only for a little bit since I’m doing a challenge and I wasn’t too sure about it at first but I’ve been wanting to go back to the gym but I haven’t found the right routine but since coming here it’s made me have a great routine and they give you personalized workouts that will help you with your own unique body! I definitely recommend people coming here!!
