Rodger and Celina are amazing! When I joined I told him I wanted to lose weight and tone up without thinking about it. He plans everything from my workouts to my nutrition. The small group training makes sure you get the personal attention needed to get maximum results quickly. I did the 6 week challenge and lost 9 lbs which is amazing at 46!!
I absolutely love this gym! The atmosphere is fun, welcoming, and supportive. Roger is helpful and really takes the time to make each workout educational and effective. I especially enjoy the small class sizes — it allows for more individual attention and a personalized experience. All the members are friendly and make working out something I genuinely look forward to. It’s the perfect place to feel comfortable, get stronger, and have fun doing it!

We had such a fantastic experience at Enhance Health & Fitness. I took my son there, and we both had an amazing time. The atmosphere is super warm and welcoming, and everyone we met was really friendly.
