This was my first appointment with Lorraine. She is truly amazing. She is so thoughtful and kind. I would highly recommend any service that is offered. My appointment was for eyeliner and I also ended up getting my eyebrows and lips done. If you want perfection, I highly recommend you book with Lorraine.
Lorraine is fantastic with waxing. I am pretty particular how I like my waxing done and she listened then made sure I was happy with what she did. I appreciated her down to earth personality and conversation. 5 stars for easy booking, quick availability, no wait, clean establishment, friendly and talented service. 10/10 would recommend this place.
Enhanced Features is the best salon for everything beauty! Lorraine is an incredibly talented esthetician. She is friendly and very professional. A facial with Lorraine is the way to go. It is personalized. The facial itself is heavenly! It includes a gentle cleansing, exfoliation, and a soothing skin mask that leaves my skin feeling refreshed and revitalized. Super specific about my lashes. I like more of a classic look with a couple clusters and I like them short and not too much of a curl, marissa was on point and gave me exactly what I was looking for just based off how I described them to her. She cared enough to stop and ask if I was happy as they were or if I wanted more added. Thanks so much! It’s been about a week or so now since getting them done and I’ve barely lost any so far!! Won’t go anywhere else.
