I had an unpleasant experience at my previous dentist and I was leery about starting with a new office. So happy that I did. Everyone in the front office is quite professional. There is no double talk, no condescending attitudes, just honesty and friendly dispositions. The dental hygenist, dental assistants and the dentists themselves take the time to explain all procedures. And there is JD...who is quite the ambassador!
I have always been very pleased with my experience. This time was different. I was a month or so ago. I was reluctant to leave a bad review. I had a dentist I never had before. In the middle of my hygienists exam he stepped in and asked if he could do his exam. I heard him say he was very busy. He did a very cursory exam. I have had multiple biopsies for possible tongue cancer. At this point your office is supposed to examine my tongue and keep me up to date. He never looked at my tongue. Recently changed dentists upon recommendation from a friend. Was 100% satisfied with initial evaluation and subsequent hygiene. The dentist found a few areas needing treatment which were missed by my former dental provider. I would recommend Enhanced Dental to anyone who appreciates excellent dental care!
My first time here. I immediately felt comfortable as soon as I went back to the chair . Dr Cooper and Kelly were very friendly, kind and very gentle. They explained everything in full detail. My biggest impression was the staff. Their staff is a team. They were very attentive to other team members needs and asking each other if they can help.
Excellent service from the friendly greeting when you walk in and they know your name (from pic on file I’m guessing), to the hygienists (Katie is great!) to the docs, all top notch.
