I've been a patient of Enhanced Dental Care since the day it opened in September 2007. The practice has grown tremendously and continues to maintain the highest level of care for their patients. I had a cleaning yesterday and learned that my usual hygienist left the practice to take another position closer to home, so "Hannah" cleaned my teeth yesterday. I told Dr Gonce that if Hannah ever leaves, then I'm leaving too.... she was that good!!!
This was the most unprofessional dental visit I’ve had. The cleaning was painful, water was poured down my neck, and I was repeatedly ignored when I asked for things to stop. A suction tool was used in a way that dried out my mouth, including during brushing, which makes no sense. I asked for it to stop and it continued anyway. I was told I urgently needed a specialist for gum recession, yet no measurements were taken when this was advised. My prior records weren’t referenced either. Enhanced dental has up to date equipment and knowledgeable and courteous staff. They will take care of your oral needs, and they even have JD around.
I had to wait 9 months for my first appointment, but it was worth it. I've been at Enhanced Dental Care for over a year now for routine appointments and have been impressed by staff professionalism and friendliness.
I’ve had only wonderful experiences at Enhanced Dental Care! Most recently I was in for a dental cleaning and Katie (hope I spelled her name correctly) did an amazing job!! She was very gentle and took extra time on educating focus spots along with giving recommendations on dental flossers that could possibly work better for me vs the ones I struggle with now. Thank you!!
