Worst experience!!! Went to see a doctor end up having virtually dr appointment. Prescribed me medication after getting the medication pharmacist asked of i have any allergies and i am allergic to the medication that he prescribed. Even though the doctor was supposed ask me about any allergies i have before prescribing medication. Its been two days that clinic is not responding back to pharmacy to give me different medication. Truly terrible. Walked into the “walk in” clinic, was told to come back in an hour to meet with a doctor. Came back only to be put in a room with a computer screen. The doctor joined virtually and asked about my temperature and what the back of my throat looked like… I was hoping he would assess those things in person with me! Since he didn’t he prescribed nothing and sent me on my way. I went straight to urgent care in tears, met with someone in person and they prescribed the medication I clearly needed.
Great ,fast service .
