Dr Namaani is exceptional! She listens to your concerns, is thorough and never makes me feel rushed.
I had been seeing Dr Soile since she started at the Beeton clinic. She was the best family Dr. I have ever had. Since I have moved to another province I sincerely regret i no longer see her. I always had a very good experience with everyone at the clinic and miss the great care I received. I recommend this clinic 100%. And I must include a shout out to the attached Pharmacy at the clinic. The service i received from Yuri was exceptional.
I know I went late for my appointment time..I apologize to doctor and front 1 of the receptionist she was okay..another receptionist react very badly and rude she was more worried than doctor I don't know why even face expressions also very bad...this is first time happened she sapostebe understand let me nicely..I am not kid...when ever I go before appointment I was waiting so long...that time I would mention you don't know how to make appointments..
Excellent staff,appointments are easy to make, a wonderful addition to our little town.
I had Dr. Soile for four yrs and never felt like I was getting to the root of the problem. She does have a nice bedside manner, however, she is not an aggressive doctor and I have had some issues with the good doctor not letting me know everything and finding out from the ER. The clinic only gives these doctors 20 min for each patient and the doctors are not readily available for weeks at a time.
