Visit 3 times, usuallt need waiting time at least 15 mins even came on time but not crowded make me feel okay. Doctors are all very patience, professional, and friendly, very appreciated their work. Thanks universe let me met such good doctors.
Doctor was an hour late. Made us wait around before she decided that actually she wasn't coming in. Thanks for wasting an hour of 5 people's times. Super unprofessional.
If I could give -10 star review , it would be the most appropriate rating for this clinic. This is the most careless unprofessional Walk In Clinic I’ve ever been to. I booked an appointment through their website, gave them all the information required and had an email confirmation for the booking. When I came there right on time they said that they didn’t see my appointment in their system and that the doctor was leaving at that time and wouldn’t take me. The hours online say this clinic is open until 6pm, but when I called I was told the doctor would only be there until 4:30. I arrived at 4:20, only to be told the doctor had already left because there were no patients waiting. If the clinic advertises certain hours, the doctor should stay until then—or the hours on Google should be updated to reflect the actual closing time. Very frustrating to waste time coming in. I recommend calling before you go to avoid the same situation.
The Doctors lack respect for their patients and poor customer service. Medical centre opens at 9:00am and appointments are made for that time . Yet they show up at 9:45am or 10:00am . By that time the clinic is completely full, and if you were sick now you’re even sicker. It’s filled with people who are sick, coughing and unable to do any better except for waiting.
