I’ve always had a good experience with this clinic. Booking a walk-in appointment the day before, I have almost always been able to book the first appointment at opening the next day. I have usually waited 10 to 15 minutes, but I think that’s completely reasonable for a walk-in clinic! Doctors have always been nice enough and helpful and the front staff is always lovely! I would imagine the waits get a bit long if you don’t have an appointment.
It was easy to book a walk-in appointment via their online system! I saw Dr. Ali Malik and he was kind & thorough and would recommend him. The Walk-In is connected and inside the Rexall. However there are only a few chairs in the waiting area. Otherwise, still great service!
I have tried 3 times to make an appointment at this clinic. I waste 10 minutes registering on line, only to get a call minutes before my schedule apt time that a doctor is not coming into the clinic. Don't be open for business if you can't staff a clinic with a doctor.
The wait system is efficient. You can register your contact information and get a message sent to your phone when you're next in line. It's located in the Rexall so you can shop around the store while waiting or somewhere around the plaza
I would never recommend !!!!!!
