The business has been recently passed to a "New management", which is very UNETHICAL and FRAUDULENT. I have been a client since 2016 and I had purchased several laser hair removal packages, it all started with *******. Well since their web page is not working (obvious reasons) I called in to get an appointment, it turned out that the new management WILL NOT HONOR THE SERVICES I PURCHASED with the previous owner. Do not waste your money. This place is a joke. The owner/boss, Carman, has terrible customer services and it flat out rude. They are not accommodating at all to their customers and they don't follow through with their commitments or promises. I saw no results after six sessions. Don't waste your time or money. Spend a little bit more money on a legitimate Laser Hair Removal place.

This place doesn't care for the customer, excel at transferring responsibility, sucks money out of you in every possible way. When things go to their favor, they can charge you extra per company policy. When things go wrong, that's the technician/customer(or even maybe the post man)'s fault, and there is definitely no way they did anything wrong not mentioning making it up to you...

It used to be a great place. There was only one technician and although they were always booked due to their cheap prices (Groupon) The service was always great. However, this place is under new management. - They only open 3 days a week - They over book appointments - There only one technician - Prepare to wait at least 30 minutes - $25 fee for new clients (even after Groupon) - 48 hr cancelation is required or $25 fee will apply
