The staff is polite, welcoming, and efficient. Miranda is personable and professional. She listens well and is directly responsive. I'm very happy with the improvement of my hearing.
I was very impressed with the personnel and services at Enhanced Auditory Resources. I dropped off a hearing aid after finding the company online, and Jennifer, the technician and receptionist, called me within hours to tell me she had fixed it. When I arrived to pick it up, she provided me with a padded container, extra batteries and wax guards. I tried to pay, and she waved me off. I could not recommend this organization more! Five stars, and I will definitely go back and definitely recommend to others!
