Ada was amazing! I was pretty immobile after tweaking my back and she had me back in the gym and playing tennis after a few sessions. She took the time to listen to what was happening and she explained things really clearly. I particularly appreciated that she sent follow up emails with my plan for the week. Hopefully it's a while before my body falls apart again but I'll definitely be going back to Ada if it does.

Can highly recommend Dave. We heard about him through word of mouth when my wife broke her leg in a hiking accident. Dave fully supported her rehabilitation over several months. Then when I had an ankle injury due to running Dave sorted me out as well. Friendly, knowledgeable and absolutely gets results.

Highly intelligent, and equally skilled at assessment and management. He’s managed to get this mid 40’s father back into running a half marathon- thanks Dave!

David Fahey had been amazing - helping me through a number of injuries and setting up, initially a rehab, and then a conditioning, exercise programme. Goes above and beyond every time and has kept me on the hockey pitch!

Ada is the perfect physio for our teenage rower - she is attentive and explains the issues in a way our daughter really responds to. Ada has been a great support as we worked through some pain challenges this year, we appreciate her expert guidance!
