Best clinic and pharmacy ever in Vancouver area!
Got my flu shot there—no wait at all. The pharmacists were really nice and gentle with the injection. They also offer a nasal spray option for kids, which made it much easier for my son.
We had a flu shot appointment here, but when we arrived we were told the vaccines were expired and could not be given. We cancelled and left. Later, we discovered the pharmacy incorrectly recorded in the BC Health system that I received the vaccine. The pharmacy admitted this was an error but said it could not be corrected promptly because the manager is out of the country. Recording a vaccine that was never administered is a serious issue. We found the handling of this situation unprofessional and concerning.
