Highly recommend Enhance PT. Miranda and Helene have been very professional, accomodating and supportive of me. Secondary to a chronic health condition, the greatest hurdle was to find a way in which I could exercise safely. Miranda and Helene did not give up, and it honestly feels so good to have my PT sessions each week.
I hadn't exercised for quite a few years so I joined a group of people in my age group this morning to see how I went.The instructor, Claire, was easy to follow and made sure I was comfortable with the level of effort, the music was my age group, the group was my age group and so after my first class I will be a regular exerciser at Enhance PT ☺️
I enjoyed the Fitball drumming class today for the over 55's it was so much fun. Helene had picked the music that worked really well with the drumming.
