I have been attending the exercise classes, run by physiologist Erin, for the past two years. I have enjoyed and benefited from the activity and the attention directed to my particular needs. My recent review with Erin indicated that I have made improvement in my strength and I appreciate the encouragement she has given me, to enable my optimum performance.
