I consulted Terra for a foot problem that I was having. Terra evaluated me promptly and found the issue. I started therapy sessions with her and WHAT an improvement. She gave me many exercises to do at home and the videos showing me how to do them were VERY helpful. Terra is one of the nicest & sweetest ladies around and she genuinely cares about her patients, more than the money. I would HIGHLY recommend her for any physical therapy.
Terra and Cassidy are so amazing to work with. I had a badly sprained ankle and the first day that I worked with Terra, I could tell a difference in how it felt! I highly recommend them if you are needing PT! They are both very patient, caring, and truly will help you improve and feel better.
Terra has helped me with so many of my problem areas (wrist/neck/back/hips). She has been amazing to work with. She even created a customized flow for me to do nightly to make sure I’m working all of these areas and more :)
Terra is a special Physical Therapist and a special person. I am hypermobile which makes my needs unusual and ever changing. Terra has adapted to learn, understand and guide my improvement. Her approach is perfect. I very highly recommend her.
Very helpful and knowledgeable about courses of treatment. Would highly recommend. She helped with old lingering neck issues from a car wreck years ago to a recent shoulder injury.
