The team is very efficient and detail oriented. We have been using them for over a year and are very pleased with the service. They provided our house with a cleaning kit to avoid cross contamination and use it only while at our space. I felt very comfortable and safe with the steps they have taken to be COVID safe & compliant.
First job was amazing. They were more expensive than most. Then, by the fourth time. They didn't even wipe the bathroom counters or the stove burners. When I pointed that out, they said that my kids distracted them and made the place dirty again. My kids did not cook or use any of the bathrooms that were being cleaned. We came back to get water bottles from the pantry and left again. Very disappointed.
not friendly with their staff, bad vibes. Did not feel comfortable interacting with the boss.
