New owners took over this business in March, and it made a world of difference. If you've tried this business before and weren't a huge fan, try it again. If you've never tried it, give it a try. I’ve been a regular customer here for about a year and before the service was so-so but it was really conveniently located for me and that mattered more, but the new owners dramatically improved the service - my brows are so much cleaner and lasting longer and they lowered the prices.
I am SO happy. Kimberly listened to my concerns and executed what I was looking for to a T. I really wanted something natural and hard for people to tell if I have false lashes or not. Ugh! Such a good studio. Super cute aesthetic. 10/10
Mine and my mums lash lift and tint from Kim were so amazing! The results were stunning and we both walked away eager for our next appointment with Kim! She is so good at what she does and we could not recommend her enough!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I came in before PROM and showed her a photo of my own eyebrows — how I usually have them shaped — and asked for a simple clean-up. Somehow, she completely ignored it. She took away my natural arch, made them weirdly straight, and didn’t even bother plucking all the stray hairs.
