Initially it seemed as if the experience would be great. She came off as very knowledgeable and wanting to meet my hair needs. During the consult, she had me to send her pics and videos of my haircut inspiration but til this day, has yet to open the message. I LIKE my hair, the texture is good. I do have a few issues. I didn’t want so much of my hair cut off and I had to get a Virgin relaxer when I’ve already been relaxed. I was asked do I want to “save” as much of my hair as possible. I said yes but most of my hair was cut off. The coloring was expensive, I paid an extra $40 for jet black coloring. She left black stains on my forehead. So All in all I just like my hair.
