The team at Enhanced design are amazing. Daniel is so knowledgeable and guided us through our whole process of replacing our timber kitchen and flooring after being water damaged. I would not recommend Enhanced Design Build in Penrith. My 88-year-old father phoned to make an enquiry and politely called the receptionist, Ashley, “sweetheart” in casual conversation. Rather than handling it with any professionalism or respect, Ashley told him never to speak to her like that again. When clients are considering spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on renovations, you’d expect courtesy and clear communication as a minimum standard.
