Second time seeing Dr. Shen today for sudden hearing loss 3 weeks ago in one ear.. Staff is very efficient and helpful. Dr. Shen is very matter of fact, professional and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions well, explained possible other treatments and referred me for further treatment even texting the other specialist while I was in the exam room to set up an appointment. The lady who performed the hearing test was patient and explained the process well. I recommend this office if you have sudden hearing loss.
