The practice is welcoming and Dr Rose and her team take time to explain treatment , benefits and what to expect . The test was thorough and Dr Rose had plenty of sample hearing aids to choose from. The price of the hearing aids is steep but as a first time user I don’t know what is appropriate . Dr Rose is lovely and spent a long time going through options and explaining technical differences Thankyou

Everything was great, I called early Monday morning explaining that I was having trouble with one of my appliances . The office let me know I could come in anytime throughout the day to have it checked. I arrived about 11:00am & was immediately engaged by the technician, who took my appliances & phone into her room. About 15-minutes later she returned & my appliances were repaired.
