My family was going through a very hard time saying goodbye to our aunt. But encompass hospice made the the process of saying goodbye easier. The social worker that helped my aunt was extremely understanding and was empathetic to our situation. She spent time with all of us and walked us through all the steps we needed to do for the hospice process. Even after we lost our aunt she still was there for our family and offered counseling as we grieved. Your family is in good hands with encompass hospice

My mother passed away September 17th and we decided on this hospice agency because Las Palmas Medical Center recommended them. The care they offered was by far the worst care ever. They are the definition of every family members worst nightmare. As an RN myself, I could say that the staff members of this hospice agency do not understand the concept of patient advocation and of boundaries.
