Recently my grandmother passed away after being on hospice. We were astounded at some of the things we dealt with, with Encompass. One of the ladies in the office Kelly, was horrible! She had no compassion, no empathy, and in my opinion should not be in this line of work. At one point when my grandmother began to not be able to swallow (which they had warned us and expected) we had to wait over 12 hours for morphine, that whole time she was in pain, that is totally unacceptable!
