Tish and her staff were very helpful and compassionate. They helped us through very difficult time. I really appreciated Elvira. She was kind and very professional. Many thanks to her and the nurses.
This companies office in Carlsbad NM is the worst managed health care facility I know of. Life needed supplies are let run out. Tearable medication management and the equipment supply company they use are a -5 star rating. If they don't want to listen to your needs they hang up on you. They require patients family to do more and more and the company less. I will say that they do have Great nursing staff that comes to the patients home day or night 24/7.
