We're having so many problems every day with our home iv and enhabit has done nothing but tell us they'll have an on-call nurse get back to us which if they do, its hours later. So customer service and support has been virtually null. Might as well just stay in the hospital honestly. This experience with them has been terrible.

Awful experience. There is no communication between the office and the care givers. The aides are frequently hours late or don't show up at all. The aides do not do what they were contracted to do. Do not use this service.

We’ve had a great experience with nursing staff, in particular Crystal with this group. She has been proactive and caring about our mom’s health and wellness and very responsive when we have questions or concerns. Great experience so far over the last few months!

Enhabit is the worst home health company for communication. Carla the front desk attendant is extremely rude. When asked for a supervisor, Carla said she is the only staff member working in the office on 6/16/23. And refused to give full name. Tried to tell rules of HIPPA after violating it a few times, a law suit waiting to happen. Once the client is admitted to home health, it is literally fighting a tooth and a nail to get “any” communication. Worst experience ever!! I would not recommend this company to any one.
