My dad had a decompression and fusion of c5 to t2 on August 17th at Advent Hospital in Wesley Chapel. Dad died today, August 28th at 8:19am, due to negligence and no oversight by the acute care skilled nursing facility, known as Encompass in Spring Hill/Brooksville, Fl. You may ask why I am placing this review under Neuspine?
