My Dr set up a referral for me on a monthly maintenance back in September of 2024. This is my 1st experience with any home health care company. It has gone exceptionally well for the last 10 months from October 2024-present June 2025. The Nurses have all been very nice and well trained and very attentive. After we began the maintenance we added PT. Mark, Brittany, and all the PT staff have been a delight to work with. Based on my experience I would highly recommend Enhabit Home Care of Gainesville Ga.

My doctor's office sent a referral for Enhabit's home health services, I called them to find out their process for my services, I was told that the person assigned would call me and that my services would begin the next day. No one called and no one came the next day. I called 2 days later, the woman told me that she would investigate and call me back; she never called back I called the next day, they acted as though they never heard of me.
