My doctor's office sent a referral for Enhabit's home health services, I called them to find out their process for my services, I was told that the person assigned would call me and that my services would begin the next day. No one called and no one came the next day. I called 2 days later, the woman told me that she would investigate and call me back; she never called back I called the next day, they acted as though they never heard of me. My husband came home from the hospital on a Tuesday with Inhabit Home Health. They never called him. I called them on a Friday in order to get my husband seen. They came out on Saturday to get him started. the nurse said we would be getting his supplies with in a few days still not got them. Had appt. for Friday which was scheduled with a nurse that doesn't work on Fridays. Also when you call with questions more than likely you will not get a call back.
