Though only needed for a brief period, I’ve gotta give kudos to the team for their care. Melissa has been an absolute professional while remaining a human being with personality while I was in her care. I received excellent knowledge, affirmation of my continued progress, and a timely discharge from services. This place leaves much to be desired. Not only did they drop the ball on caring for my father but the woman in charge seems like she in over her head. She was rude and condescending on my call to the office asking about why no one had been out to assist us. I'm shocked a place like this can stay in business with a woman (I believe Cathy was her name) treating those that desperately need help they way she treated us. My advice to anyone needing home health or hospice services is find any other agency.
