Would never recommend this provider to anyone. My mom’s doctor wrote that she was supposed to have 2 PT sessions and 1 OT session per week. She had 1 PT session and was told OT was not on her order and never received any follow up after her 1 session of PT. She has been trying to get discharged but nobody seems to be in a hurry to do that either. This is an incredibly unprofessional, discourteous, and disorganized team.
