I wasn’t impressed. I had 5 in-home visits with 4 different therapists. In my previous experience, the same person visited each day so they could see your progress. One PT was very good. Another was reasonably good. The third dragged red clay into my house. The fourth was unacceptable. He did my initial visit and did close to zero PT. It was all paperwork. If you have an option, I would look elsewhere.
So I called this company to find out about getting home health PT for my upcoming surgery! The person that answered was rude! There’s no need for folks to be rude!
So patient and so nice with my Mother and I. They have helped Mom regain lost balance and she looks forward to their visits.
