Melanie called a week prior of surgery to say that someone from Enhabit will visit my home over the weekend. Never happened. Talked to Mari @ Enhabit next. She was a bit rude. Her "papers" said nothing about someone visiting my home. Why would Melanie lie to me?? Nobody ever called me back (Melanie said she would) They left me hanging. I HAD TO CANCEL MY SURGERY!!
