They have one more physical therapist to cover an entire area so if you do not like working with said PT it makes it to where if you get a pt somewhere else, you cannot get labs done at home. It’s bs. Hire more physical therapists. They message you at 6-9pm at night to schedule appointments. Often give you 24 hour notice for appointments.
We had the best therapy instructor she really knows. Her job she is outstanding and she patient and kind ❤️
