My wife had a heart transplant and uses a enhabit in Dallas with her insurance. Needing to relocate and switch to the enhabit in Sweetwater, they lied and told us they do not accept her insurance. Upon calling insurance they are indeed in network. Recalling enhabit they then lied again and said they never told her they do not accept her insurance, but are understaffed and even if they do take her insurance they cannot take her as a client.
