Post by Lisa Russell- I was appreciative of any care since I was unable to drive or had a way to get to outpatient PT. Some employees were punctual others were not. I did not like getting a phone call at 7:30 pm the night before to set up OT/PT. I voiced my opinion because my daughter in law would pick me up on days that she could (usually 1 day/week) and get me out of the cave (home). We used Enhabit hospice when my dad got sick and they were so kind, and gracious in caring for him. The outpour of support for my family was more than we could’ve ever asked for. Erica was more than just a nurse. She was a friend to us and we will always be thankful for her.
