Honestly! This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. My aunt had major back surgery March 2, 2026 @ Ascentist Shawnee Mission she was given a list of 3 home health agencies to choose from that had reviewed her case and agreed to take her as a patient. We even confirmed with social worker at hospital that it would be in Plattsburgh,MO and we're told they verified all of this and would not be a problem. This year these guys helped so much I just cant thank them enough. Had to do PT 4 times this year and I am on palliative care. Always showed up on time and worked with me thru some the really bad days. Every time a great attitudes and ideas.

This is the best group my father has had. I really like that they have a live person (usually a nurse) screening the calls as they come in and that they have an emergency back up company that can get to you when they can't. I want to give a Kudos to Glenn (sp?) who took my call this morning. She was engaged, understanding and helpful. I really appreciated that she seemed to genuinely care and listened to the problems we were having.
