This is the best group my father has had. I really like that they have a live person (usually a nurse) screening the calls as they come in and that they have an emergency back up company that can get to you when they can't. I want to give a Kudos to Glenn (sp?) who took my call this morning. She was engaged, understanding and helpful. I really appreciated that she seemed to genuinely care and listened to the problems we were having. I had at home Physical Therapy with Troy and I give him 10 stars. He was patient and undetstanding with me, and so helpful, informative and encouraging.

We have been using Enhabit for over a year. I do not recommend for dementia patients. This company and its nurses are horrible about communication. We are on the third time of having NO meds on hand. Out of heart meds and blood thinner. Looking to change companies immediately!! ENHABIT please do not respond to this to make yourselves look good you don’t respond when I call pleading for help!!
